Green Heat Fact Sheet

• Every Green Heat unit is a combination fuel storage and wood pellet fueled air heating system.
• Each Green Heat unit is shipped fully assembled (except for the exhaust flue).
• The unit is designed to be set next to the poultry house it will serve and can be mounted directly on a smooth level, well drained, graveled area. A concrete slab is not required.
• Wood Pellets are delivered by truck directly from the pellet manufacturer.
• Wood Pellets are pneumatically loaded from the delivery truck into the integral storage compartment.
• The pellet fuel is automatically conveyed from the storage compartment into a specially designed pellet burning furnace.
• A wood pellet fueled furnace is mounted in a second compartment and is completely wired, and tested prior to shipment.
• The system is ready to run upon delivery. Only connection to the electrical service and duct connections to the poultry house are required.
• The furnace is Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listed.
• All replacement parts are readily available from the factory, or local supply houses.
• The furnace and all operating controls are mounted inside a walk in weather proof housing, with plenty of service space.
